My path into technology was built on a foundation of hard work, beginning with ten years in demanding roles that taught me the value of dedication long before I touched my first router. I then immersed myself in the IT world, literally starting from the ground up—from running cable in crawl spaces as a "Cable Guy" to managing thousands of devices and networks for some of the worlds largest companies.

Over the past decade, I've tackled challenges at every level: troubleshooting critical cell tower outages as a network engineer, managing field technicians during major service restorations, and overseeing the entire network and phone system for a regional bank with hundreds of branches. Most recently, I served as a solutions architect, designing sophisticated AI based systems for large enterprise clients and state governments.

This diverse, hands-on experience showed me a critical truth: small businesses often face immense frustration and expense trying to access the quality tech support they deserve.

With a B.S. in Network Operations and Security, an M.S. in IT Management, and numerous industry certifications, I founded Data Ladle to simplify enterprise-grade IT for small businesses. My mission is to provide accessible and effective solutions, including robust networks, streamlined IoT operations, and AI-driven insights for improved business performance.
